The nasty behaviour continues: one of my “haters” (who has probably never even had a conversation with me) has put a notice on social media asking people to let them know where I am now.  I have had to relocate to a town many miles away from my previous home because of the persistent threats, attempts to harm me and various forms of abuse.

It seems that this sort of behaviour is going to continue until the court hears evidence of the harassment, alarm and distress I have been subjected to for some years now.

My former employer has been delaying this case reaching court despite being well aware of the  situation and the dangers to me.  This organisation owes me a duty of care,  particularly so because the bullying I was subjected to within the organisation has continued for some years after I was forced to leave my job.  No effective action was taken by my former employer to stop the abuse after I left employment despite me letting them know about it (other employees were also aware of it).

I feel that the delay must be brought to an end now so that matters can be dealt with by the court.  All concerned need to move on from this nasty, abusive situation and hopefully some lessons will be learned.

I feel strongly that the people who instigated this situation, at least two of whom have spread many lies about me, need to be brought before the court.  If the court decides that one or more of them needs treatment then this needs to be started as soon as possible.  As for the many other people who joined in the abuse and threats, I believe that the authorities should decide whether they need to appear in court.  The authorities have the objectivity and experience to know how serious the situation is when compared with other similar cases, I do not.
